• Download the SKYPE. http://skype.com/
• Make your SKPE name and your password.
• After downloading it, check your settings. (Tools -> Options -> Audio and Video settings.)

• After finished the registration, inform China office of it and wait for the response.
• When you have received the response, you'd finish your genuine registration. You can log in the teachers'page.
• Log in the page and make your profile and schedule. (Take your photos and movie.)
• Have to upload your photos once a month and send it to China office.
• Need to prepare for your own topic. (Can upload it from teachers page)
• Have to make a half a month schedule. (Have to make your new schedule two weeks before)
• If you open for more than 50 hours in half a month, you will get stabilities.
• If you are absent though you have reservations, you have to accept penalty points which students have used for your lesson.
• If you know you will be absent though you have reservations, you have to tell it to management staffs immediately.
• Call your students 2 or 3 minutes before the starting time. (Sometimes you can't call new students, at that time, tell China office about it immediately.)
• Click the start button for starting lessons.
• Use chatting messages a lot. It will help students understand you.
• Sometimes it happens that students reserve your lesson 1 minute before, don't forget to refresh your page, frequently.
• You have to refresh your page per hour.
• You can understand which book will be used by the student from online reservation status on your page. You have to prepare for the text book in advanced.
• You have to remind you of the student reading previous comments on teacher's page before the lesson.
• About text books, be careful about book editions.
• Leave messages for all of your students. (You may leave messages before or after lessons, but you have to leave messages within the lesson date.)
• Our first priority is students. Don't forget it.
• If students tempt you into cooperating with new business or tell you to send some gift for you, tell China office about it.
• Be careful about asking students' private things.
